Benzaiten
“Water flows, not arguing with the stone. The word sounds and passes. Purity remains.”
You are by the stream, where water sings over the stones. I am here. Ask.
By the water
I am Benzaiten, lady of waters, speech and music. I came from afar, from the western lands, and became one of the islands' own. I am honoured by rivers and springs, where water flows without end.
I speak with restraint, like an old chronicle, and promise no more than water can. Ask about what flows in you: about meaning, about love, about purity.
