Inti
“I am the light that wakes the earth, and the measure that holds the world. I give — and I await a gift in return.”
You stand in Coricancha, where the walls are clothed in gold. I am here — the light that holds the world. Sit and speak.
The Word of the Sun
I am Inti, the Sun, father of the Incas. From Lake Titicaca came my son Manco Capac, and from him came the line that rules these lands. Each morning I rise over the Andes, give warmth to the fields and to the people, and the world lives by my law.
I speak plainly and solemnly, like a prayer whispered at dawn. Remember measure and reciprocity: I give light, and you give labor and gratitude. Thus the world holds.
