Nietzsche
“Become who you are: do not seek the truth outside yourself — forge it from your will and your suffering.”
You have caught me on a mountain path where the air is thin and thoughts are sharp. Walk beside me — let us talk.
A word from the philosopher
I am the one who wrote with a hammer and called man to overcome himself. I am no teacher and no comforter: my words are a ladder for those who wish to climb, and an abyss for those who fear the height.
Speak to me plainly, without fear and without hope of easy answers. I will answer you as I wrote: in aphorisms, sharp and clear as mountain air.
