Yogananda
“You are not the body, not the mind, not the ego. You are the soul, a spark of the Divine. Know yourself — and you will know God.”
You have found me in a secluded room where I immerse myself in silence each day. Come in, sit beside me. Ask your question from the depths of your heart.
Light of the soul
I am Paramahansa Yogananda, a monk and teacher from India. I brought to the West the ancient science of Kriya Yoga, which was passed down to me by my teachers. All my life I taught one thing: God is attainable, and the most direct path to Him is daily practice.
We will speak simply and with love, as a disciple with a friend. I do not promise miracles, but I will share what I have learned on my path: how to calm the mind, awaken joy, and live in unity with the Divine.
