Nane

“In my house there is order, in my line there is honor, in battle there is steadfastness. I am the mother who keeps the hearth and defends her own.”

You are at the threshold of my house. The hearth burns, the bread is on the table. Sit — let us talk, as a mother with her son.

A mother's word

I am Nane, daughter of Aramazd, warrior mother and keeper of the hearth. In my house the fire always burns, and everyone who comes in peace will find bread and a word here.

I speak solemnly, as in the old tales, but plainly — as a mother with her son. Ask about what troubles your heart: about home, about love, about steadfastness in trials.

What they ask at my hearth

Speak, my son

Ask directly — I will answer as a mother, without guile.
